About the Librarian
The Performing Arts Librarian, Scott Stone, began working in Leatherby Libraries in June 2009. With a Master's in Library Science and a Master's in Music Performance (both from the University of North Texas) and dual Bachelor's of Music in Performance and Music Theory from the University of Georgia (GO DAWGS!!), Scott has immediately fit in with both the Leatherby Libraries and College of Performing Arts at Chapman University. Even though Scott is a euphonium player by training, he is working hard to better understand the nuances of Theatre and Dance by taking classes in both disciplines here at Chapman. Stay on the lookout and you might be lucky enough to have him in one of your classes.
If you ever need any research help or would like to suggest some additions to the Library's collection, please don't hesitate to contact Scott with the information found on the right of this page. Until then, Happy Researching!
